Event Description “By A Black Hand” is a Hip-Hop History lesson revolving around a young woman who is troubled about her lack of knowledge concerning the contributions of her African-American ancestors. With the help of her grandfather and her favorite hip-hop trio, she is able to finally learn the true worth of her heritage.
The director and playwright of By A Black Hand is Arthur Reese, technical director and assistant professor in the Department of Theatre. |
